Voting hours are from 7:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.
If you’re new to McIntosh, be sure to register to vote with your current address. If you have changed your name you will also need to re-register. McIntosh is an in-person voting city, but if you wish to vote by absentee ballot visit the Polk County website for further information.

Reminders
The 2024 pet licenses are available at the City Clerk’s office. $2.00 per cat and $5.00 per dog. Per city ordinances, all pet owners are required to register their dogs and cats.
Golf cart licenses are available at the City Clerk’s office. $10.00 each. Do not allow children under 16 to drive golf carts on city streets.
